Mindfulness is a form of self-awareness that is described as a state of being in the present moment and accepting things for what they are without judgement. This class combines the path of meditation by offering a contemplative blend of Hatha sequencing with some yin yoga, fostering a restful inner atmosphere.
Each class includes asana, pranayama (breathwork), often a guided meditation or visualization, savasana and seated meditation for a minimum of 15 minutes. All levels of students are welcome. Come with an open heart.
