Lisa completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Ana Hough at A2 Yoga. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a background in Eastern Philosophy. She is a dedicated yoga teacher and student. For Lisa the yoga practice is about releasing physically through body movement and the breath to allow the mind, emotion and spirit to release and relax in turn. Stepping onto the mat has provided a safe haven for Lisa to explore her inner self, to explore all the possibilities of creating with love and curiosity.
In her classes Lisa pays special attention to maintaining a safe space for her students to explore for themselves. Her Vinyasa style classes reflect her vast appreciation for all music, her love to laugh and harnessing the strength that is inside every being!
