A2YT - Sarah Burns
I love being part of the teaching team at A2 yoga where I teach Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga including Prana Flow and gentle yoga. I am a 200 hr-certified yoga teacher and am currently in training towards a 500 hr RYT.
I am a former neuroscientist and modern dancer. I have always been awed by the incredible power and beauty of the human body, equally drawn to movement and science. After a cancer diagnosis in 2013, I embarked on a transformation of body, mind, and spirit through self study and training in yoga, meditation, and ancient healing traditions including herbalism, shamanism, and Ayurveda.
Through yoga, I hope that I can support and encourage others on their own journeys towards more wellness, self discovery, or self care.
