A2YT - Juliana

 Juliana likes to say that "Yoga is the way back home. And the sweet home is in the heart, where lives the truth of self." Juliana Carniel started her yoga path 10 years ago in Brazil, the country where she is from. Since her first experience with a yoga class, she fell in love with it and decided that she wanted to work as a yoga teacher and help people to be able to touch or to connect with this incredible sensation of the inner self, that yoga brings to ones life. While pregnant with her daughter nine years ago, she had practiced yoga and it made a huge difference in her life. She loves to teach pre-natal classes because she's been there and she knows and remembers how much healthier and stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally she felt. It was at that time she decided that she wanted to be a yoga teacher for pregnant women and share the gifts of this knowledge. In 2010 Juliana moved to India with her family and for four years she had a fantastic experience of living yoga every day, traveling around India with her daughter, experiencing a life in ashrams, studying yoga, and visiting spiritual cities.Juliana finished her second YTT at A2 Yoga in Ann Arbor in November 2017 and has been teaching classes at A2 Yoga.
