Hardwiring Joy, Resilience & Well-Being

We've all had beneficial experiences, like feeling joyful during vacation.  But how long does that last and why ?  Merely having an experience doesn't hard wire it into your life.  To shift a passing state to a lasting train, it's necessary to install the experience .  In this workshop, you will be guided to:

1.  Grow and use mind-body resources for resilience

2.  Internalize experiences of well-being through yoga movement practices

3.  Shift temporary states into enduring trains - live joyfully, for good !

Tina Topalian, MS, RD, MBA, ACSM-CPT, CYT is the owner of T2 Fitness Architects which provides fitness,  yoga, nutrition and training for individuals and groups.  She offers rich experience in the health care industry and a deep understanding about how health science can be leveraged to empower individuals to exceed their wellness goals.  Tina leverages her deep understanding about positive neuroplasticity to offer individuals experiential brain-body practices to heal, grow and thrive.  Tina is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-CPT) and a certified yoga teacher (CYT).  Additionally, she is a registered dietitian (RD) and has a Masters of Science (MS) degree in exercise physiology from the University of Michigan.  She also earned an MBA from Walsh College.
